Maintenance
Our personalised approach to maintenance, means we work with you from the first meeting to determine and advise how to enhance the operational efficiency of your home and keep it looking in its finest form.
Our team of highly skilled tradesmen can provide full interior and exterior decorating, bespoke carpentry and joinery manufactured in our London-based factory, flooring and tiling, plumbing, heating, electrical work, roofing, damp proof solutions, drains, security and gardening.
We operate a rapid response service to deal with those occasional emergencies.
Our expert team are committed to high quality workmanship and adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, to always provide you with a comprehensive and professional service.
Rest assured we will never allow a third-party engineer into your property unless we are in attendance.
Pricing
Standard rates are applicable on an hourly basis, with a minimum charge of one hour, excluding VAT. Subsequently, we charge in increments of 15 minutes.
The below rates are applicable between Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Any use of our services outside of these hours will be deemed as an emergency.

Management
We also offer a home and vacant property management service whereby our dedicated maintenance team will conduct regular visits to your residence throughout the year to inspect and guarantee that all systems are operating at their best.
Our personalised service covers fire and smoke alarm inspections with an annual test certificate issued, annual boiler service, act as main contact for security and utility companies and respond where necessary, regularly monitor utility services and provide meter readings, along with safe and secure key holding at our London office.
In addition to taking care of your appliances and furnishings, we are also able to accommodate scheduled redecorating and refurbishment needs.
Take advantage of our bespoke homecoming preparation service. Prior to your scheduled arrival in London, we visit your residence to ensure everything is prepared according to your precise requirements, from your AV system to housekeeping.
Pricing
Contact us to discuss pricing; the management fee can be paid quarterly or annually, and will reduce hourly rates.
